Information listed on photo on Flickr: The village of Fordham is now part of the Bronx, New York City. The photographer was Charles Stoughton, that's his brother Arthur in the picture. The Stoughton brothers were among those who were instrumental in preserving Poe Cottage, and established the architectural firm Stoughton & Stoughton. They designed the Soldiers and Sailors Monument in Riverside Park. -- JE Piper
